"On first stay, took several calls to front desk to get toilet fixed. Ib second stay, took several calls to front desk to get non-feather pillows. The young man at the desk even informed us that they didn't have non-feather pillows (this after we had used them on our first visit). Other than that, we liked the hotel. "

"I found the bed not comfortable at all and could not use the pillows because I have an allergy to to feathers and down. Your breakfast was not very good. The muffins did not taste good. The orange juice from the machine was watery. The coffe was very weak and you do not provide regular milk. I do not like cream and do not like low fat either. I did like your wings and potato skins but will have enjoyed them more wirh a Coca-Cola. Hate Pepsi! Also, no shower cap. Had to go out and buy one."

"For the past 3 years I've gone out of my way to stay at this location when in Chicago on biz-- even if it meant I was a long cab ride from the site of my meetings. It was always reasonably priced and I loved having a 1-bedroom-like hotel for my stay. Somehow I didn't get the accomodations I'm used to and ended up with a "studio" room that cost a rediculous $229 per night. I asked the attendant if there had been a mistake and she said this was what I had booked (months in advance) and there were no other options. I will not be back to stay at your facility. It's laughable that I was forced to pay $229 (plus tax/visitor fees) for the lowest level room you have and wasn't given any options. You burned me once, (i.e. $737.81 total bill) but won't again.
