"All rooms are suites which sounds impressive, but in actuality, the second bed you are expected to use is a very aged and miserably uncomfortable sofabed. Ours was so bad and lumpy we could not use it as it was, so we had to pull the mattress off and sleep on the floor. I've had both knees replace and found it very hard to get up and down from the floor. Apparently no rooms were available for moving and no rooms were available anywhere near, so we had to sleep on the floor for two nights. Our friends in the other room I had also made reservations for were unable to get their sofabed open and neither could hotel staff so they were miraculously found another room. The continental breakfasts were a joke. Prepackaged and placed in our refrigerators beforehand were little bottles of orange juice and a muffin and a pkg of coffee to make in our little coffeemakers. We were booked for 4 people in each of two rooms and both nights in each room were only given the "breakfasts" for two people. I will never stay there again at any price and will advise all my friends (8 of which already feel the same way) to avoid the Lenox Suites Hotel. You really should go there and try to sleep on one of those very old sofabeds...I had the opportunity to try 3 of them and they were all the same. Thanks for the opportunity to express my bad experience...I hope it helps others.
