"We probably could not afford this wonderful hotel in a week where they had a big conference in MacCormick place, but since there was nothing there our room was extraordinarily cheap and the hotel was truly great. They knocked themselves out to make our stay pleasant."

This 800-room Hyatt is connected to the McCormick Place Convention Center and Arie Crown Theater via a grand concourse pedestrian walkway and is located a ten-minute drive from downtown Chicago.
Hotel amenities include business center, concierge, currency exchange, assistive devices for persons with disabilities, laundry, dry cleaning and valet services, 24-hour room service, valet parking, and safety deposit boxes at the front desk. Guests may also enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool and full-service health club - Now open 24 Hours a day. Lakeside jogging paths and bicycle trails are not far away, and bike rental is available at the hotel. The hotel has one restaurant, NetWorks, on the premises, offering a menu of Chicago-style classics, a multi-layered ceiling, and booths with individual television screens. There is also a Free, hourly shuttle from the hotel to Chicago's most popular attractions including the Museum Campus, Navy Pier, Water Tower Place, and along the Magnificent Mile.
