"HOB was great. However, dealing with your web site and customer service was not. I started out telling people to book through you, but am now warning people away and sharing my story about the total lack of effort on the part of your staff to make right a large mistake caused by them, which threw a big wrench in our trip. I am most disgusted by the fact that the manager, whose voice mail I kept getting sent to, NEVER even called me back. That is about the worst customer service I have ever heard of."

"The cost for local telephone calls, was to me, ridiculous. The cost for parking was a bit too high at $30.00 per day. The cost for renting a hotel room should include this fee. I have traveled to many cities and countries and I have never been charged a fee to make local phone calls or to park in the hotel parking lot of the hotel that I was staying at. This is truly a hidden charge that I'm sure most people are not expecting but are like me stuck with. the room accomidations where not what I expected. The room size was smaller than many rooms which I have stayed at for approximately the same price and similar location. The room windows were quite dirty as well."
