"The area where we had to unload the luggage from the car was confining and when we said that we wanted to use the outside parking facilities instead of the valet parking , we were almost ignored and told that we would have to get out of the way! We were givena diagram to get to the parking area and when we got there it was CLOSED TO ENTER. It took 40 minutes of driving to most of the area parking lots until we were able to park the car. We were almost late for an appointment. Help from the parking arrangements were VERY poor!"
