"The concierge Andrea was great! She went above and beyond helping us with dinner reservations, theatre tickets and general tips about the city.
I was not as impressed with the front desk staff who were painfully slow checking us out. We checked out at 6:30 am with no one else around and it still took them 1/2 hour! Very frustrating.
Overall, a very nice hotel, great location and good deal."

"It was extremely conveniently located for me and the hotel staff were very friendly. The amenities were great, especially the coffee shop with Krispy Kreme donuts located in the hotel lobby!"
