"Hello! I was happy to be able to convince a taxi driver in Chicago that the Cass Hotel must have renovated or changed hands in the past few years. He was convinced it was filthy the last time he was there, and I was able to tell him that in fact it was clean and the staff were both friendly and helpful. I will stay here everytime I come to Chicago, what a great birthday!"
