"Every staff member we encoutered was cordial and helpful. We were impressed with the Welcome staff. We pulled up in front of the hotel and someone immediately came to the car and helped with our luggage. Since the Hotel is located on a busy street, we could only leave our car while we checked in and the curb staff watched it and were most helpful. The front dest personnel were also very helpful and friendly! We were given a bottle of wine for my wife's birthday -- they went the extra mile!"
